As PORTALNET Software and Consulting Trade Inc., we value the security of your personal data. In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you about how your personal data is processed, in our capacity as data controller.

3. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to business partners, service providers, legal advisors and legally authorized public institutions, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.
4. Retention Periods
Your personal data is retained for the period stipulated by law or required by the purpose of processing. Upon expiry, data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with KVKK.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
Data is processed on the legal bases of contractual necessity, legal obligations, legitimate interests and, where required, explicit consent.
6. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if processed
- To learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly
- To know the third parties to whom data is transferred
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- To request deletion or destruction within legal limits
- To object to automated decision-making that adversely affects you
- To demand compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing
7. How to Submit a Request
- In writing to our registered company address
- Via registered e-mail (KEP)
- From your registered e-mail address on our system
Your requests will be concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days.
